As a Technical Writer joining our product teams you will communicate with our customers worldwide through product user guides, API references, and other online materials that you will write for the company.

Key Responsibilities
Write user guides for company products
Write API reference guides with assistance from developer.
Manage content on company website
Organise documentation sets
Edit, clarify, and proofread documents written
Manage complex documentation projects
Technical Skills
Able to research and write excellent documentation
Written user guides for software/hardware products
Manage multiple documentation priorities
Knowledge of documentation tools like MS Word/Others.
Basic understanding of internet and networking
Soft Skills
Quick learner
Team player with good writing ethics
Good verbal and written communication skills
Experience
1+ years of experience
Academics
Bachelor/Masters degree in IT Engineering/Computer Science/equivalent.
Certification in Technical writing would be a plus
CCNA/equivalent certification in networking would be a plus plus.
