Senior Product Marketer

We are looking for Watchful’s first Senior Product Marketer!

You will be expected to:

-Craft technical messaging in a creative way and understand how to activate the brand as Watchful grows its products
-Help collaborate, craft, and execute digital marketing campaigns
-Conduct research (competitive analysis, metrics to measure success etc), eg market intelligence (specifically, understand key competitors and incorporate differentiated value)
-Possess strong organizational and analytical skills to develop strategic initiatives and execute to plan
-Plan, prioritize and oversee Watchful's marketing strategy
-Partner with sales on go to market strategy and plan, help with sales enablement
-Partner with product and design to create product launch content

You have:

-AI product marketing experience
-Deep customer focus and innate ability to connect with them
-Willingness to stay flexible in an early stage startup environment
-Ability to be trusted with high amounts of autonomy; self-discipline, humility, and curiosity are critical for you to be successful; You flourish in a "hands on" role and deal with ambiguity well
-Highly collaborative and possesses relationship building skills

You might have:

• A technical undergraduate degree -7-8 years in total and/or 3 years into management -A sincere passion about data, machine learning, and AI -Previous experience working at an early stage start-up -Experience launching new products in greenfield industries where educating a highly technical audience is part of the role -Experience working in both agency and in house environments -Experience in the data engineering space -Experience with "developer first" models and self serve models -MBA
