This position is responsible for strategically maintaining and expanding relationships with current referral partners.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for SuperMoney's partners and will be responsible growing partner relationships and their revenue value in a way that is mutually beneficial to SuperMoney and our partners.
DUTIES:
Maintain ongoing contact with every account assigned to you
Maximize partner performance to help strategically grow the relationship
Act as a consultant with partners by diving deep into their process to understand how to improve processes and grow revenue on both sides
Onboard and train new partners
Daily revenue reconciliation, invoicing and reporting
Analyze reports, recommend and implement changes to the relationship based on results.
Send weekly and monthly reports to partner and internal contacts as needed
Interact with Product and Marketing teams to be internal advocate for our partners
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous account management experience
Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
You must be relationship oriented and put a high value on customer service
Data analysis skills and very tech savvy
Must be self-sufficient, a team player and willing to hustle
