The Role

Work with our account management team to identify product gaps and opportunities.

Work closely with clients to determine what the optimal solution ought to be.

Collaborate with our engineering and design teams (onshore and offshore) to translate workflows into an overall software design as well as granular specifications.

Serve as a resource for our implementation teams and clients to solve technical problems.

Engage with our sales team to ensure we are able to effectively implement our software.

Manage relationships with middleware vendors.
