The Role

- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer success area. Even freshers are welcome if he/she holds all capabilities required for customer success (Engineers preferred)
- Strong communication skills with customer focused mentality and ability to articulate value to an end customer
- Interested in start-up work environment and capable of handling multiple priorities
- Full responsibility of client on-boarding, engagement, onsite/offsite trainings, heath checks, customer support, customer research including customer life cycle management
- Capable of up-selling services to existing customers
- Proactively share customer feedbacks/concerns with management and resolve customer challenges
