To briefly introduce you to our venture and vision -budli.in is working on bridging the digital divide in india by facilitating the adoption of technologically advanced gadgets by a wider section of society and also handling of these used devices in an environmentally friendly manner. We aspire to define a new space of online commerce i.e. ReCommerce (Reverse Commerce). We enable users to part with their used gadgets in a socially and environmentally responsible manner by providing them a convenient and reliable service which also offers value. Our users can value and sell their used gadgets instantly and directly to us. These devices are then resold through various channels. We also facilitate the monetization of the same and thereafter donate the proceeds to charitable causes.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Communicate effectively with leads / customers over IM chat / email / phone
• Follow-up with customers
• Coordination with various teams
Logistics coordination
• Update status & reports
• Collate leads from online and offline sources
