Client Marketing Manager

Experiment 27 is hiring! We're looking for a marketing manager who's super passionate attaining tangible business results (i.e. dollars vs likes), is great at identifying opportunities, and carving marketing strategies around those opportunities.

At any point in time, we have dozens of campaigns running, all at the same time, and we’re looking for someone to be the strategic marketing mind behind our client’s marketing efforts.

We’re expecting to need someone part-time to begin, but considering we bring on new clients every month, this might transition to full time quite fast.


What you'd do:
* Be in close touch with clients, esp. during onboarding, to get all the info you need
* Regularly determine new niches and people our clients should reach out to
* Regularly write new email scripts for every strategy/niche we go after
* Work together with the team to constantly improve our marketing processes
* Hold weekly calls with internal staff to share strategies, get feedback, and find solutions
* Be on monthly calls with all our clients to go over results and present new strategies
* Work with our outreach manager to send out weekly progress reports to all clients
* Be available to answer any marketing/strategy related questions via email, slack, or calls
* Support team members to ensure they’re appropriately executing on strategies
* Other tasks around communicating with clients and members so we’re consistently generating great results


Required:
* Great written and verbal communication skills are a must. No exceptions.
* You want to work remotely but are live in the US
* You’re great at sales and marketing. We’ll need to see a track record.
* You’re super results-focused. You understand ROI is the most important KPI
* You’re good at explaining strategies and getting buy in from staff and clients
* You’re diplomatic and can represent us to our clients
