Who are we looking for?

• At least 1-2 years of MERN Stack experience or equivalent.
• Strong experience in Node.js
• Thorough understanding of non-relational databases such as MongoDB and Redis
• Excellent coding skill in Node.js, JavaScript
• Knowledge in Go is desirable
• Experience in building serverless architecture
• Possess strong logical and analytical skills and strong problem-solving skill
• Experience with Python and GraphQL is a bonus.
• Experience with AWS EC2 and Elastic Beanstalk is a plus.

What is your role about?

• You will work closely with our product/tech lead, as well as our business development team to understand key problems and deliver a customer centric tech solution.
• Your primary focus will be the design and development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
• You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application.
• You'll be involved in the entire product development process, from conception to deployment, develop back end code, RESTful APIs and web applications.
• You are required to perform peer code reviews to optimize code quality or readability and deliver reliable solutions that handle massive data and high traffic.
• You will research & learn new technologies and work towards solving problems and meeting requirements and manage and secure deployments of web applications and websites.
• You will be required to conduct automated testing using Jest or Mocha.
