Manager/Sr Manager of Fleet Academy

Your Responsibilities

• Be part of the Delivery team to design the future of hubs and the best last-mile delivery service
• Accountable for day-to-day operations & KPIs and lead one of the following teams:

1. Central Planning Unit - using strategy & analytics to ensure all hubs & riders exceed expectations to provide the best experience to the customers
2. dahmakan Academy - to create brand value which is top of mind for hub staff & rider recruitment while using analytics to optimize conversion, as well as training

• Coordinate with Head of Delivery, while leading a team, for day-to-day escalated issues around hub & rider performance, disciplinary and related matters
• Develop strategies & tactics to achieve KPIs and problem-solve
• Develop and/or optimize SOPs and processes to ensure operations are efficient
• Work closely with Hub team to ensure initiatives are executed and day-to-day operations are well maintained
• Collaborate with Tech team to develop tools & apps to automate/optimize processes
• Drive strategies that connect teams from product, kitchen and tech to work on moonshot projects (e.g. country expansion, building the hub of the future through tech)

Minimum Requirements:

• 4 to 6 years of working experience in operations, ideally in a matrix structure.
• 2 years experience in management experience.
• Core experience in a technology context - this role requires a data-driven decision making mentality and a strong analytical mindset. SQL will be a bonus.
• Experience driving business outcomes; strong problem-solving, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Relevant experience in logistics / hub & courier management is advantageous.
• Experience grooming and managing high performing teams and culture of excellence.

• Proficient in English (Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia will be advantageous)
