Who are we?

Outsized is a marketplace connecting professional freelancers/ independent consultants with top-tier consulting firms & financial institutions, across Asia & Africa. We have offices in Cape Town, Bahrain, Mumbai, Delhi, Malaysia and Singapore and are passionate about building a fair market that works well and adds value for both sides.

Our expansion into SE Asia in 2022 has been hugely successful and exceeded expectations, we are therefore accelerating some critical hiring and are looking to bring in new team members based in Malaysia to support this growth.

What you'll do:

• Multi-hat across operations, marketing, PR, finance, data, etc.
• Build our talent community
• Manage the end-to-end process from matching, interviewing, coordinating to contracting
• Innovate on strategies for building talent pools to support existing and future needs of the business
• Be a partner in driving initiatives to grow our regional and group businesses
• Other activities to grow skills you wish to develop

Whom will you be working with:

Outsized Co-founder and MD of SE Asia and directly reporting to the Manager for SEA

Ideal candidates are/possess the following:

• Recent/Fresh graduates (Class of 2018 - 2023)
• Positive attitude & mindset
• Willingness to learn
• Excellent command of English (both written & verbal)
• Effective communicator
