Digital Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a social media manager to take over and manage our social media presence, which consists of Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, with a heavy focus on Instagram. The ideal person will be versed in Instagram trends, changes in its algorithms, understand and be able to put effective instagram posts together with appropriate color schemes (including creating original content), and tracking performance. This is a commission based position and compensation is driven by the achievement of specific performance indicators (KPIs). The ideal candidate is a self-starter, one who initiates and offers suggestions, challenges assumptions and pushes others to be their best. We have a flat leadership structure so new ideas and robust discussion are always welcomed.
