Join us as the Head of Business Development and spearhead the evolution of our sales operations as Bridge for Billions embarks on its next phase of global growth. Beyond securing new partnerships and closing impactful deals, your mission will encompass crafting and fine-tuning the strategic roadmap for our Sales teams across various markets. By ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, and customer success, you will be the driving force behind our company's cohesive approach to achieving shared objectives. This role demands a visionary leader who can merge data with intuition, leverage internal and external relationships, and ensure that our sales teams are primed and equipped for unparalleled success.

**Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Business Development strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and market dynamics.
  • Close complex deals, meet sales targets and mentor the team in their individual sales journeys.
  • Analyze departmental performance, using insights to drive transformational improvements and optimizations.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, ensuring cohesive inter-departmental strategies.
  • Proactively identify and implement improvements in the sales process and professional development of the sales team.
  • Define and monitor performance measures, utilizing data-driven insights for strategy refinement.
  • Oversee and optimize the use of CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking, forecasting, and reporting of sales metrics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with business leaders, partners, and stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Experience & Track Record:

  • Minimum of 5 years in Business Development/Sales, with at least 2 years in leadership roles within startups
  • Proven record of closing significant deals in complex B2B selling environments.
  • Familiarity with the Entrepreneurship Ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated success in consultative selling of services rather than products.

Technical Proficiency & Analytical Prowess:

  • Hands-on experience with CRMs, marketing automation, and cadence tools.
  • In-depth understanding of tools ensuring data quality, process consistency, and accurate forecasting throughout the sales pipeline.
  • Adeptness in supporting globally dispersed sales teams, and developing strategies for large account penetration and navigation.
  • An analytical leader skilled in data-driven sales decision-making, and capable of creating comprehensive reporting to monitor the sales funnel.

Operational & Strategic Mastery:

  • Proven ability to devise, implement, and monitor sales methodologies supporting revenue goals.
  • Experience in constructing comprehensive sales compensation plans.
  • Proficient in problem resolution and conveying intricate ideas succinctly to cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment.

Communication & Management:

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging gaps between multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong project management capabilities, able to manage numerous tasks and stakeholders concurrently.
