Description of Company:
PartRunner is a new on-demand delivery service focused on revolutionizing the Home Services Industry. The company specializes in catering to the niche market of home service contractors within the HVAC, Plumbing, Construction and Electric sectors of the industry.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a flexible, customer-driven, and positive thinker who likes challenges and can adapt to different scenarios when needed. The primary role will be to help in the sales and customer retention for the business.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct Sales Campaigns
- Via Marketing Campaigns, Social Media Campaigns, etc.
• Account Manager: Reach out to Customers & Supply Houses via (Emails, Text Messages, Phone calls) and
- Arrange in-person meetings with Supply Houses
• For the Industry of: Electric, Construction, Plumbing, HVAC, Hardware, etc.
• Work closely with the Business Development and Marketing Team
- Develop ways on how to penetrate market and customer’s mindset.
- Learn about the Industry (Trade Shows- what do people care about in this market and how to approach them)
• Create Feedback Surveys
• Training will be provided. You will work closely with every member of the team.
