The Role

Our team is looking for an experienced full-time engineering manager to join our NYC location in DUMBO to help lead our engineering team.

The impact that you’ll have:

* Supervise a team of 5 to 8 software engineers (including 1 full-time remote to start)
* You’ll be instrumental in leading the day-to-day delivery of various development projects
* Grow and Mentor our engineering team to improve their skills, improve their knowledge of our systems, and their ability to get things done
* Collaborate with the Product team, as well as other teams throughout the company to drive projects forward while maintaining quality
* Contribute to our Ruby-on-Rails codebase and help deliver a reliable product
