Crisp is a customer service software. Around 300K companies around the world use Crisp to help their customers. Around 200M visitors are using the chat widget every month.
Our mission is to make the next-generation customer support app for small businesses around the world. An app that makes customer support easier for end-users & support agents.
Our company is fully bootstrapped since 2015 and there is no VC onboard. We are currently 11. Half of the team is based in Nantes, France, and the rest is based all around the world.

What is the plan

What I will be doing

Crisp is a small team of talented people. By Working at Crisp you will:

• Build a community that is gathered around best in-class content
• Spread the content generated by/for the community
• Define the strategy and lead the effort to make it a success

• Help to build a better product through community led product development

What skills are required

• Multi disciplinary (we like people being T-shaped)
• Sociable with communicating skills
• Good english both written and spoken
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Knowledge about code and automation
• Good network in the tech industry
• Being an active member/owner of an existing community
