*Job Description Summary *

As Chief Revenue officer, you will work closely with CEO to generate sales, business opportunities and other organizational support. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chief Revenue Officer that will perform a pivotal role directly influencing the future of a company, and covers new business sales, installed client base sales, marketing, and partner strategy. An individual with success in delivering rapid revenue growth. To achieve this, the CRO will orchestrate a cohesive strategy across marketing, channels, business development, sales, and account management. They will own the strategy and drive execution across the entire revenue journey, which will result in MRR growth of 25-50% per year.

THE CRO ROLE INCLUDES:

Executive

Establish a Revenue Operations function, developing best practices internally to capture marketplace-share and perfecting the entire customer journey.
Drive Results: Balance a long-term, integrated perspective while also striving to drive short-term quarterly revenue results.
Be the internal voice of the customer. Champion our customers in decision making across the organization.

Sales

Create growing, predictable, and profitable revenue by establishing a highly disciplined sales approach - from new business to increased customer adoption.
GTM Strategy: Evaluate and determine sales and marketing strategies to target greater scale customers, driving growth in a profitable way.
Top-level ownership of the sales pipeline and internal sales-tech and its effective use to drive revenue efficiencies.
Identify and develop partnerships to drive revenue, including sales channels and through entire partners ecosystem.
Create accountability within the company by developing appropriate metrics and coordinating compensation and promotions with these metrics

Marketing

Continually refine the company’s ideal customer segments and define personas. Prioritize the organization toward the target markets with the opportunity to generate the greatest revenue growth.
Align sales and marketing to create a predictable revenue marketing machine that drives leads and generates pipeline into the sales team within identified customer segments.
Support the sales team with high quality marketing coverage throughout the customer buy-cycle thought leadership content, website, collateral, videos, case studies, etc.
Establish an Account Based Marketing strategy in coordination with sales that targets new business in the highest value prospects and growth in current customers.

Customer Success

Actively drive the sustainable growth of the business by ensuring strong customer relationships, customer satisfaction and retention of key customers.
Deepen and grow relationships with existing customers, maximizing upsell, cross-sell, and renewals.

QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of hands-on sales management experience in high-growth solutions companies.
5+ years of sales leadership experience in the SaaS sector
Track record of assembling quickly scalable, high-performance sales and channel teams, including experience in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
Proven ability in sales strategy and execution, customer success, marketing, channel, and partner management.
Proven ability to recommend product and services offerings that are in alignment with our partners, customers, and company needs.
Proven ability to work with organizational leadership to build consensus around strategy and tactics.

Optimistic, resilient, exhibiting strong emotional intellignce and ability to persevere.
