Visual, Motion Designer

Roles & Responsibility:

• Assist in design and development of presentation decks, proposals in accordance with brand guidelines and project timelines.
• Support the creative conceptualization and implementation of visual design.
• Assist in the creation of animation storyboards.
• Encoding, converting and editing videos and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
• Deliver end to end design and motion assets including animation, video, banner, enews, and other marketing collaterals.

Desire:

• 2+ years of agency experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or Motion Graphics preferred.
• Good knowledge of marketing, branding, and design principles and development.
• Strong visual conceptual development skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Manage time effectively, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills.

Good to have:

• Ability to comprehend and uphold brand style guidelines, producing work of a suitable style.
• Ability to solve an array of challenges through visual design.
• Must be able to mediate creative problems to arrive at the best solution.
• Detail-oriented individual who reviews his/her work carefully, quality control is key.
• Self starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
• Proficient with Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other Adobe Creative programs.
