Community Manager at ProductHood

We are looking for an enthusiastic community manager who can help us build a strong community online through various activities and events conducted on a regular basis.

*Responsibilities - *

• Conduct (Host and moderate) networking events online on a regular basis using Zoom and various other web conferencing tools.
• Invite industry professionals, experts as guest speakers for conducting events
• Create marketing materials for these events and publish them on the company’s social media handles.
• Manage the content and event calendar on a monthly basis.
• Manage the event recordings (Basic editing and uploading)
• Drive the event attendance by marketing it to the right audience through various initiatives and distribution channels.
• Partner with other communities for wider reach and audience.

The ideal candidate is hard working, quick learner, and passionate about people, knowledge, and marketing.

We are looking for someone who has just graduated from college and looking to build a career in digital marketing and event management.

• Prior experience - developing community engagement programs is highly desirable
• Right Attitude and Problem Solver
• Intent to learn in a start-up environment
• Fun Loving - We strive to be highly outcome-oriented and yet have fun while achieving goals
• Ability to work independently as a remote worker.
• understanding of tools like Zoom, Hangout, Slack, Google Docs, YouTube, Social Media (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc)

Location – Remote (You must have your own Laptop and good internet connection)

Role – Community Manager

Contract Duration - 6 months with a 1-month probationary period. Contract will be extended for 6-12 months based on the performance.
