Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a smart, driven individual to join us as a UI/UX Designer in our Bangalore / Bengaluru workspace. We will rely on you to improve our product design and user experience. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability and/or talent to make the user experience seamless. Experience with capital markets and various debt financing strategies, and industry experience in credit and consumer payments is a plus. An ideal candidate will also have strong interpersonal skills and the desire to work with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Develop UI mockups, conceptual diagrams, wireframes and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
• Design a superior payment experience and provide thought leadership in the payment experiences across devices.
• Leverage available insights like market analysis, customer feedback, site metrics and usability findings.
• Designing marketing contents for social media posts.
• Advocate for the customer and user-centred design in a corporate environment.
• Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, detailed visual mockups and prototypes.
• Communicate high-level design strategies and detailed interaction behaviours.
• Develop and maintain effective specifications and design patterns.
