Technical Lead

Role and Responsibilities
• Technical requirements gathering and planning
• Develop technology platform for CX, Sellers ecosystem, market place
• Integration of multiple systems, data management via cloud
• Setup devOps (JIRA, Github) and Continuous Integration/ Continuous Deployment in PHP.
• Setup QA/Automation/Performance Testing
• Provide technical leadership in the development and delivery of omni-channel Auto-tech platform
• Perform team code reviews and provide technical oversight to ensure a clean, well-documented, efficient and standards-compliant code
• Manage Technology team and build sustainable organisation with innovation culture.

Your Profile
• Hands-on coder at heart. You like hard problems, but know how to keep things simple
• Would love to do more coding yourself, but accept that you can bring most value by helping others to excel
• Should have built large scale applications with modern web frameworks, ideally PHP

• Product management experience envisioning and defining products in response to market opportunities and threats
• Managed end-to-end product development, testing and deployment
• Should know Agile. Not just from books, should know how to do fast release cycles without compromising on quality
• Educational background in Computer Science/ Engineering or equivalent is preferred
• You have an achiever mentality and are comfortable working
hands-on in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• You understand technology, but love customer-first & business first thinking.
• Finally, you should be passionate about entrepreneurship. We are looking for product owner, not an employee.
