Job Role: Technical Consulting + Pre-Sales

Roles & Responsibilities:

L1/L2:

1. Customer/Client presentations on HCI, Private Cloud, VDI Solutions
2. Create design configuration documentation including network diagrams with technical explanations
3. Technical documentation & overseeing other's documentation to ensure technical accuracies
4. Enabling partners on EnCLoudEn product portfolio
5. Provide first-line technical support for software evaluations and/or pilot projects.
6. Support at external and internal customer facing events
7. Build technical relationship with prospects or existing customers
8. Engage with the Engineering and Support teams to ensure accurate and timely resolution of technical issues that may arise during the pre-sales process.

L3/L4:

1. Bridging the gap between technical specifications & business requirements.
2. Build and present high quality product demonstrations to both technical and executive audiences
3. Assists with the qualification of the opportunities and/or identification of target accounts
4. Support with technical qualification of sales opportunities.
5. Provide answers to (technical) questions in a Request for Information (RFI) or a Request for Proposal (RFP)
6. Build custom demonstrations
7. Create POC implementation plans and deliver the Proof of Concepts (POC)
8. Attending bridge calls and having regular client interaction on different process related issues

Requirements:

1. Prior presales experience on any one of the Hyperconverged Infrastructure Solutions.
2. Technical knowledge and experience in cloud computing and network function virtualisation, enterprise Virtualisation Networking.
3. Certification or familiarisation with hypervisor technologies and software for building and managing virtualisation services: OpenStack, VMWare, Linux, RedHat, and public clouds.
4. Has performed cloud deployments and migrations.
5. Understanding of ethernet and IP networks: network design, routing protocols, L2/L3, MEF, and network security.
6. Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
7. Problem solver. Self-starter.
8. Can gain collaboration of colleagues, partners, and third-parties with influence and respect.
9. Performs well under pressure.
10. Willingness to perform a variety of tasks in a start-up mode.
