Sales & Outreach Manager - Part time

If you have a passion in the health & wellness, clean beauty or CPG space, and have a strong entrepreneurial spirit to work in an early startup environment, this would be an exciting opportunity for you. We are seeking a motivated high performance part-time Sales and Outreach Representative who will be given the opportunity to be the "face" of our brand. Ideally, you are a trendsetter in your community, and have established networks and relationships in the retail & health-and-wellness space to market Aiden & Coco through your outreach tactics. You will positively represent our brand and be an avid educator & storyteller.

Reporting to the Founder, you will lead all things sales & outreach including (but not limited to) the following responsibilities:

• Source and prospect new retail account leads via email, phone, social media (including Linkedin) or through your personal network.
• Research and propose new customer acquisition strategies.
• Manage relationships with existing retail accounts.
• Educate potential retailers and wholesale accounts about our products through marketing materials and storytelling.
• Manage full sales-cycle from initial outreach through close.

Great to have:

• Prior experience representing health & wellness, beauty & fragrance and/or fitness products are preferred.
• CPG experience is a plus.
• Strong desire to work for a startup and in an entrepreneurial culture.
• Enjoy working hard, problem solving and look for challenges; willing to be resourceful and get your hands dirty.

Please note: for the time being this is a COMMISSION ONLY position, however commission is uncapped and based upon purchase order amount (our products have a minimum order size). Commission can be negotiated.
