As the first employee at Evalforce, you will be responsible for the end to end roll-out of our enterprise sales enablement application. Over time you will lead a team of software engineers in designing, developing, and testing the product. Your impact will range from initial mockups and design with customers through development, testing and scaling of the final product.

As the first employee of this early stage startup, we expect this individual to be heavily compensated on equity.

Background and Experience:

• 3+ years of Full Stack Web Application software development experience. Deep knowledge of enterprise software is a must
• Outstanding organizational, communication (verbal/presentation/written), and interpersonal skills.
• B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related areas is preferred or equivalent work experience
• Experience with server-side programming languages (e.g. Go, Java, Python, Node), server-side frameworks (e.g. Django, Spring, Rails), front end frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, Ember), Cloud Infrastructure (e.g. AWS, GCP), APIs (e.g. REST, SOAP)
• Ability to design and deploy solution architecture for infrastructure to application full stack
• Strong ability to represent concepts, as well as summarize and communicate complex ideas into presentations to executive audiences
• Proven track record of working with and influencing executives, extended teams, and command respect.
• Ability to work under pressure, highly adaptable and well organized
