We are looking for a self-motivated business development manager, with good business acumen and an ability to close.
What are you selling:-
- Sponsorships Our sponsorship sales are responsible for generating revenue through the sale of sponsorship packages for our events. You will be targeting senior level decision makers at global rail industry solution providers and promoting the benefits of participating in our events.
Responsibilities:-
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Develop a deep understanding of your clients business objectives to make your event an integral part of their business strategy • Achieve monthly targets
• Build sustainable client relationships
• Handle objections and close sales
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Source leads and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
• Undertake other sales and administrative responsibilities as required
• Create an email marketing strategy to keep a constant connect with the prospects and existing clients.
Requirements:-
• Minimum a year experience in B2B sales
•Ability to manage the complete sales cycle, including ability to close deals
• Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and telephone manner
• Resilience and tenacity
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Organized with good time management skills
• A highly-motivated self-starter
• Ambitious and constantly striving for excellence and success
• Experience working with CRM software preferable but not compulsory
