Key Responsibility
1、Dialogue engineering project design
· Analyze enterprise customers’ business requirements, service/product information and data, to design prototype of dialogue engineering.
· Develop Artificial Intelligence script to fit the identified business cases with appropriate content, logic and desired customer experience.
2、Dialogue engineering project delivery:
· Be responsible for end-to-end experience management and delivery of Artificial Intelligence conversation script content and project.
· Show great collaborative and communicative skills to be able to work with various enterprise customers’ business unit departments.
· Assist Technology Systems Engineers to refine and complete tests. Polish the script content, recording and recognition accuracy rate to improve the conversation experience.
· Work closely with R&D team to improve conversation design issues and other product research and development initiatives and projects.
3、Script Database Building:
· Develop and build database of industry specific conversation scripts from project implemented. Constantly refine and enrich conversational script content and improve Artificial Intelligence intelligent conversational capabilities.
Key Requirement
· Bachelor Degree and its equivalent
· Minimum 1 year working experience in software or Internet industry (excellent fresh students are welcome). Experience in complex software system testing or configuration application is a plus. Experience in customer service team management or project management is a plus.
· Professional experience in service training script writing, design and development. Good writing skills, strong analytical skills and detail oriented.
· Customer-oriented and ability to solve problems independently.
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills and team player. Ability to communicate and interact with a variety of people, both externally with customers and internally with company team members and other departments.
· Extremely creative with ideas. Able to learn and adapt very quickly.
· Self-motivated and clear goal oriented, eager to explore and discovery the business new service scenarios to improve customer satisfaction and recognition.
· Have a great enthusiasm for everything Artificial Intelligence and keen to take on new initiatives. Work independently and confidently deliver results; Entrepreneurial and curious mindset will be a plus.
