We are looking for a results-driven leader to help us with our organic growth efforts, playing an integral role in the development and execution of growth tactics through various channels.
The Growth Marketing Intern is responsible for testing and exploring new channels to drive user acquisition, product growth, and revenue. This growth can include optimizing current channels to be more effective or expanding to new channels we have yet to step foot in. This position requires heavy analytical thinking on the minds of our customers, and deep learning and understanding of what they consider to be valuable and in need of improvement within our app.
Responsibilities:
Identify new opportunities and tactics to increase organic user acquisition, retention rate, revenue, etc. through channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO, partnerships, etc.
Implement growth tactics and record/analyze results
Study and analyze the lifecycle of DecorMatters users extensively and identify opportunities for growth and optimization
Requirements:
Creative self-starter, comfortable with both taking initiative and working in collaboration
Detail-oriented with exceptionally strong written/verbal communication skills
Working towards/obtained Business, Communications or related degree preferred
Familiarity and facility with mainstream social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Available to work at least 20 hours per week

Candidates should maintain a positive attitude under pressure, exhibit a strong work ethic, and enjoy working with a wide range of personalities
Candidate should be flexible and willing to take on multiple tasks in a start-up environment
This internship will benefit someone who is interested in marketing, business development, interior design, communications and technology
