POSITION SUMMARY
Cater2.me is a growing 200-person startup on a mission to make eating at work amazing! We prioritize learning and development, data-driven thinking, and innovation, working collaboratively across 11 US offices, from San Francisco and Los Angeles to New York and Atlanta.
As a Sales Representative, you hustle to build a pipeline of prospective clients for us to work with. You’re a tenacious and motivated salesperson who thrives on new ideas and concepts for achieving successful results. With high-touch communication and eagerness to learn, you have a keenness for connection-making and bringing worlds together.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Generate new qualified leads and opportunities within the markets Cater2.me serves through cold calling and other outbound sales activities
Creatively identify decision makers with potential clients, research companies, and strategize approaches to create interest
Use consultative selling to adjust your approach to fit the audience and maximize your pipeline.
Work in a collaborative team environment and transfer leads as fit to in-market support and/or appropriate members of the leadership team
Administer email marketing campaigns and own the follow-up steps
Maintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM
WHAT YOU NEED
1+ years of professional experience, preferably in B2B sales
4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
Compelling communication, both verbal and written
Experience and ease with CRM database, web, and spreadsheet technology
Start-up experience is preferred
