ONI is based on the science of Epigenetics. Epigenetics, as a lay man, emphasis the importance of environment which has impact on human development. The window of opportunity is the highest during Pregnancy, considering all human organs are formed during this period. Pregnancy also sets growth trajectories for rest of life. The environment, and during pregnancy, the pregnant mother provides for during this development window. Hence the mothers nutrition, sleep, water, mental health, physical health, all have impact on the developing human.

Current ecosystem:
Parents have no formal education in parenting.
Breaking of family structure causes increased complexity in modern world.
Also, changing lifestyles, poor physical fitness, and poor emotional health increase the complexity and poor health of our future generations

Trade / Gynaecs - the primary medical point of contact has limited time purely because of the high volume of care. The average transaction time is limited to 4-5 mins max, once a month.

Outcome: she search for 'help' on google. The data available is not scientific / research based. It is a peer-to-peer sharing of personal experience and remedies that may or may not have worked. This causes multiple view points, which further leads to multiple moments of high anxiety and panic

Data in the space is unavailable purely because of its form being physical. Medical science is purely observational and the impact is to be computed over long studies. Hence this space has challenges of lack of data which can be used to substantiate any claims / observations. Experience counts as quality.

Who we are:
We are two professionals who have over 40 years of industry experience. Sunil Punjabi - handles the product and distribution, Shriram Krishnan handles the finance and operations thats started working on the idea. Last year, Dr. Sanjay Gupte, with over 43 years old practise, an Ex-FOGSI India head, Ethics committeed Head at FIGO, joined the team. He provides for the medical support.

Sunil has over 17 years of solid Business Strategy, Scaling and High value investing experience. He has also been the CEO of a listed entity. Shriram has been out and out finance and legal guy, a CFO of a listed entity, building strong systems and processes, sound financial planning.

Product
We are a connected ecosystem between ObGyns and Mothers focusing on Epigenetics to improve health outcomes. Hence we are two platforms. We digitise the ObGyn to digitise the Mother. We have created a unique currenecy called the LEAP score to help benchmark the Mothers overall health. This allows for better consultation and tracking by the ObGyn.

What is that we are looking for:
Sunil has a strong product background. He has built several blue prints for businesses and grown them to scale. The environment has been corporate and hence limited understanding of tech environment. We are looking for someone with coding and development background, additionally focusing on data. Experience in Nodejs, Express js, and frontends of React, React Native

Compensation:
What we can currently offer some cash to keep the fire burning and equity for the time and commitment of the individual. We are looking for someone who can share our vision for the next 10 years and product a strong product which delivers consume value.
