Software Engineer - Back-end Developer

Inneate is looking for Full-Stack Engineers to join our Product Development team. Our dev team works on critical systems for Hospitals and Laboratories and on our latest project, you will be working with an international, tightly-knit team.

You will work with your team members to build features and scalable code for web applications and services. Your ability to exhibit practical experience of web application development will far exceed any acedemic achievements.

What you’ll do

• Lead in the analysis, designing, building, deployment and support of product and solutions;
• Develop business logic algorithms, and data output by using appropriate tools to provide technical solutions for complex application development tasks;
• Document code and associated processes by adhering to development methodologies, adding code comments and appropriate documentation to various knowledge-based system(s) to simplify code maintenance and to improve support;
• Test all changes by using the appropriate complex test scenarios to ensure all delivered solutions work as expected and errors are handling in a meaningful way;
• Implement changes by adhering to the change management policies and procedures for any given project to communicate to all parties the nature, significance, and risk factors of the solution;
• Provide support by investigating and resolving issues to ensure prompt, effective service;

Who you are

• Have at least one year of experience with Java - testing, debugging, and automation techniques
• Have strong knowledge and sound understanding of OOPs fundamentals
• You bring value to the product team and enjoy working closely with other stakeholders
• You apply industry standards and best practices of Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• You are passionate about programming and love keeping up with current best practices
• Healthtech experience is a bonus
