Senior Software Engineer/Frontend Engineer - Hybrid Work Location

Tenet3® is seeking a Senior Software Engineer / Frontend Engineer (React, Pixi) to join our team in the Midwest region. As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for building a visually-exciting, high-performing, intuitive web application to solve challenging security problems.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

You will use a ReactJS, Redux, Pixi, SCSS and HTML5 client-side stack to interact with users. You will:

• Develop, test, enhance, debug, and implement software
• Collaborate with the design and project teams on product specifications
• Configure applications according to design specifications
• Participate in peer reviews of code written by other developers
• Troubleshoot production problems related to software applications
• Participate in development of software documentation and user manuals
• Assist in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages
• Assist in preparing estimates for implementing new system enhancements

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a similar discipline.
• Technology experience in one or more of the following: ReactJS, Redux, Pixi, SCSS, web architectures and protocols, RDBMS, continuous integration and deployment
• 5 + years of Production Software Engineering Experience
• Ability to take ownership of features and stories and drive them through from discovery to release
• Understanding of computer science fundamentals (data structures and algorithms)
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients
• Experience interacting with APIs (REST, SOAP or GraphQL)
• Experience with AWS is preferred
• Eligibility to establish and maintain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance.

Hybrid work location possible. Located within 4 hour driving distance of Dayton, Ohio. Paid relocation available to the Dayton region.
