Right now, we’re looking for a JavaScript Developer. We’re looking for someone who is a highly motivated hands-on Developer with a creative edge, strong problem-solving skills, and solid development fundamentals. What You’ll Do

Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Redux, Redux-saga).
You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain.
You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and a quality product are important.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

Builds software applications
Follows coding standards, builds appropriate unit tests, integration tests, and deployment scripts
Assists in defining architectures
Collaborates with teams to explore existing systems, determines areas of complexity, and learns the application's capabilities
Takes responsibility for the successful delivery of the solutions
Communicates continually with the project teams
Translates designs and style guides provided by the UI/UX team into functional user interfaces, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and performance
Contributes to continual improvement by suggesting improvements to user interface, software architecture, or use of new technologies

What We’d Love for You to Have

We are a JavaScript shop with React on the front end and Express on the back end. While we would prefer someone with experience in these technologies, a willingness to learn and master a new stack as well as experience in similar pla@orms is also acceptable.
We greatly value the attributes that make a person a great developer, regardless of language: a commitment to code quality, and a desire to continuously expand your knowledge and craft.

*Ideal Technical Skills *

Proficiency in JavaScript, React, HTML5 and CSS3
Good understanding of React, including Hooks
Component Lifecycle
Component Driven Development
Experience with using REST APIs with React Components (promise, fetch, etc.)
Good grasp of responsive development
Experience with unit testing framework (e.g.Jest )
Familiarity with common development tools such Webpack, NPM, git, etc.

Process Skills

Capable of analyzing requirements and developing software as per project defined software process
Peer review – must be able to give and receive constructive feedback on/from fellow team members during the development lifecycle
Ability to execute test plans, create test cases test data, and contribute to appropriate software (including programming languages) development life cycle methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge.

Resolve technical issues of projects and explore alternate designs in a team-first manner
Participate as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
