The Opportunity:
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development and Sales Executive to expand our reach within the hotel industry. In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to directly impact the company's growth while earning a potentially lucrative income through our exceptional commission structure.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential hotel clients through online platforms, networking, and industry events.
  • Generate and qualify leads, proactively reaching out to hotels via phone and email.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase the benefits of RoomGenie.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, securing new hotel partnerships.
  • Build strong relationships with hotel decision-makers to foster long-term client satisfaction.
  • Track sales activity and pipeline, providing regular performance reports.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the hospitality or technology sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a hunger for success.
  • Persuasive and negotiation-savvy, with a focus on closing deals.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales methodologies.
