About the Role:
As a Growth Manager (Content Marketing) at Metaschool, you will lead our content marketing efforts aimed at driving organic and paid growth and conversions. You will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies to acquire and convert users, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with our overall growth objectives.

Who You Are:

  • You have a strong background in content marketing and a proven track record of driving user growth for SAAS products.
  • Proficient in SEO, email marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Experienced in experimenting, iterating, and scaling growth initiatives in a startup environment.
  • A data-driven approach to content optimization, with a focus on achieving measurable results.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing a team of content marketers effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content strategies to acquire and convert users, including planning and creation of content.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to drive organic traffic.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and oversee social media marketing efforts.
  • Analyze the performance of content and campaigns, iterating based on data-driven insights.
  • Recruit and manage a team of content marketers to support content creation and distribution efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content marketing initiatives with overall growth objectives.

Specific Requirements:

  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with SEO, email marketing, and social media marketing
  • A data-driven approach to content optimization
  • Must have experience as an individual contributor.

Experience Level:

  • 5+ years in a content marketing role.

Growth Opportunities:
