What you bring to the table:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, coupled with excellent project management and communication skills.
The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of various technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resources for SaaS products.
Coordinate and oversee the execution of technical projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and delivery of high-quality results.
Team Leadership:
Allocate resources efficiently and effectively to optimize project delivery.
Work during Pacific Standard Time to be able to manage the client base.
Technical Expertise:
Possess a strong technical background to understand and communicate effectively with development teams. Our technical stack is made up of iOS, Android and React as Front end technologies and Python Django in the back end.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams as needed using tools such as ClickUp and Jira.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Proactively manage and resolve issues to prevent project delays.
Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate project progress, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner with customers based out of North America.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Quality Assurance:
Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality technical solutions.
Conduct regular reviews to assess project performance against established metrics.
Budget and Resource Management:
Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring efficient resource utilization.
Collaborate with finance and resource management teams to optimize project financials.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, with a successful track record of managing complex technical projects.
Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
