Project Manager for Fast Growing SaaS

We’re looking to hire a results-oriented Project Manager as a direct hire. We are a growing SaaS with a text and voice messaging CRM platform for real estate professionals serving US customers.

You will have plenty of training and collaboration with colleagues to guarantee your success in this role. You’ll be joining an established development team that with your leadership will bring our project ides to life.

Job Summary:

In this position, you will be responsible for efficiently leading and managing our development team to effectively bring our products to market. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in fast-growing SaaS startup environments, capable of overseeing end-to-end project lifecycles, from planning to execution.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for SaaS development projects.
• Drive the execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meeting quality standards.
• Lead, inspire, and manage a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and facilitate professional growth for team members.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including QA, and UX/UI, to ensure seamless integration of features and functionalities.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Optimize our scrum methodologies to enhance team efficiency and project delivery.
• Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Project Management experience with SaaS/ Product companies.
• Effective leadership and people management skills. You lead by example.
• Deep experience building products with an extensive emphasis on UI/UX.
• Deep understanding of development lifecycles and methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
• Outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Deep experience with project management tools (Jira highly preferred).
• Ability to make informed decisions on the fly under tight deadlines and changing priorities.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a SaaS serving the US real estate market.
• Prior experience at a SaaS company with text/voice/CRM solutions.
