Our approach will be streamlined, using an off-the-shelf (OTS) WordPress theme and relevant plugins. We are looking for a candidate with expertise in front-end and back-end coding, along with a keen eye for graphic design and digital marketing. Prompt resolution of technical and design issues is crucial to us.

Furthermore, our collaboration will not only lead to the success of the first website but also pave the way for future ventures. As the company’s only other founder/owner/shareholder on record, your primary responsibility on website number two (#2) will be to oversee the website design company that handles outsourced work. The profits generated from the first website will be reinvested into subsequent projects, creating multiple revenue streams/businesses.

In addition, Bobby Anderson will manage all operational aspects of the business. The ideal candidate for the founder number two (#2) position should be exceptionally qualified. Ownership of the first site will be split 51% (founder #1) and 49% (founder #2) as required by the Small Business Administration (SBA), ensuring you receive a proportional share of the company's profits.

About the Second Website

For the second website and apps, your primary role will be to provide expert management and oversight of the design and development process, which will be outsourced. As the second (2nd) founder, you will own 25% of this company and all associated profits, while I, as Founder Number One (#1), will earn 75%.

Once the first website is completed and launched, we will repeat the successful process for a second, more elaborate site. This second website concept is also groundbreaking and has the potential to reach billions of customers worldwide, generating millions of dollars in revenue for our team.

Requirements for Success

The successful candidate for the "founder/owner/shareholder" number two (#2) or Multi-Functional Website Developer/Designer position will play a crucial role in shaping our future. Here are the essential requirements:

• Proficiency in Advertising, including Connecting all Partner Sites (Affiliate, Channel, and White Label).
• Ability to Write and Connect APIs.
• Expertise in App Development Using Top Programming Languages (Python, JavaScript, Swift, Java, Rust, and Kotlin).
• Immediate Availability to Start Working.
• Ability to Conceptualize Creative Ideas in Collaboration with Clients.
• Create and Deploy Core Blog Templates.
• Design User Interfaces and Navigation Menus.
• Experience in Website and Social Media Site Design.
• Proficient in Documentation.
• E-Commerce Experience.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit.
• Graphic Design Experience.
• Ability to Integrate Multimedia Frontend and Backend Development, Including Knowledge of Relevant Programming and Scripting Languages (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) Content onto Websites.

Compensation

Here's what you can expect in terms of compensation:

• First Site: Ownership of the first site will be split 51% (founder #1) and 49% (founder #2) as required by Small Business Administration laws/rules. Accordingly, founder number two (#2) will earn 49% of the company's profits.

• Second Site: Since you will not be directly involved in the design and development process for the second site (which will be outsourced), founder number two (#2) will assume ownership of 25% of the company and all associated profits, while founder number one (#1) will earn 75%.

• Third and Fourth Sites: Ownership rights for the third and fourth concept sites will be discussed in 2025.

Both founders' salaries will be based on profit-sharing. It's important to note that if the Multi-Functional Website Developer/Designer is unable to wait for the first profit-sharing beginning within 90 days, kindly refrain from applying. The website build itself will take approximately 30 days, and initial profits will be realized immediately after the platform's launch. We will begin accepting pre-orders through our landing page while the founder number two (#2) Multi-Functional Website Developer/Designer finalizes the build.
