Responsibilities
- Oversee Recruitment, Workforce, Payroll, Training, IT, Data teams in the Philippines
- Bridge the gap between leadership in the US and the team in the Philippines
- Monitor and help build systems that measure operational performance.
- Roll up sleeves and actively contribute as both a leader and a hands-on contributor.
- Manage team performance and hold teams accountable for their results.
Process Improvement:
Build and improve scalable processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Implement best practices to streamline workflows within the organization.
Team Management
Lead and oversee Recruitment, Workforce, Payroll, Training, IT, and Data teams.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the teams.
What You Will Not Be Doing
- Personally servicing customer accounts and support requests.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in a senior operations role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work during US hours (Eastern Standard Time).
Currently based in the Philippines.
Expats or individuals with experience working with US companies are strongly preferred.
Action-oriented with the ability to make decisions independently.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks.
Analytical background, ideally with an engineering or analytical focus.
Tech-savvy and capable of quickly adapting to new software.
