Responsibilities

• Oversee Recruitment, Workforce, Payroll, Training, IT, Data teams in the Philippines
• Bridge the gap between leadership in the US and the team in the Philippines
• Monitor and help build systems that measure operational performance.
• Roll up sleeves and actively contribute as both a leader and a hands-on contributor.
• Manage team performance and hold teams accountable for their results.

Process Improvement:

• Build and improve scalable processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency.

• Implement best practices to streamline workflows within the organization.

Team Management

• Lead and oversee Recruitment, Workforce, Payroll, Training, IT, and Data teams.

• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the teams.

What You Will Not Be Doing

• Personally servicing customer accounts and support requests.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a senior operations role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Ability to work during US hours (Eastern Standard Time).

• Currently based in the Philippines.

• Expats or individuals with experience working with US companies are strongly preferred.

• Action-oriented with the ability to make decisions independently.

• Self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks.

• Analytical background, ideally with an engineering or analytical focus.

• Tech-savvy and capable of quickly adapting to new software.
