• A creative powerhouse with a deep understanding of current marketing trends and a keen eye for spotting new opportunities.
• An inspiring and collaborative leader who can build a strong, motivated marketing team and foster a culture of creativity and innovation.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to articulate complex ideas to various audiences.
• A resourceful and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

You Will...

• Partner with the co-founder(s) to develop the overall vision and strategy for the agency.
• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing plan to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and secure new clients.
• Oversee all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, social media, public relations, content marketing, and brand development.
• Build and manage a high-performing marketing team.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and influencers.
• Represent the agency at industry events and conferences.
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

Preferred if, you have...

• Experience working in a startup environment.
