Key Responsibilities:
Product Development:
- Partner with the product team to design, develop, and test innovative features and enhancements.
- Analyze user feedback to pinpoint areas for improvement and guide product evolution.
- Craft comprehensive product documentation, including user guides and release notes.
Business Management:
- Assist the business management team in daily operations, project coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at driving growth and operational efficiency.
- Prepare insightful business reports, presentations, and financial analyses.
Employee Task Management & Leadership:
- Spearhead and oversee small-scale projects or initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Delegate tasks effectively, providing clear instructions and support to ensure quality outcomes.
- Foster a collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
Business Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and growth areas.
- Evaluate user data and metrics to assess feature performance and recommend strategic optimizations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define requirements and prioritize product backlog items.
Qualifications:
- Proven professional startup organizational experience is a must.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Passion for education and a keen interest in the EdTech industry.
Duration: This is a paid internship position with a flexible duration of 4 to 6 months, with potential for extension based on performance and business requirements.
