Marketing Intern

We are looking for a marketing intern to join our Baby team on a part-time basis! This is a great opportunity for a student looking to kick-start their career in marketing!

THE ROLE
Be a part of our globally recognized, award-winning team based in Auckland, and contribute to the execution of our strategic marketing initiatives across our global markets. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in various areas of marketing, making it an ideal entry role into the world of marketing.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
As a Marketing Intern, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities. You'll help work across our portfolio of baby brands, helping to localise our content strategy for global markets, support with our influencer partnerships, conduct insightful research to help facilitate data-driven decisions, identify and manage award applications, and more! Your contributions will play a vital role in supporting and contributing to our best-in-class execution at a global scale.

CORE ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support with execution and localisation of our best-in-class content strategy across key global markets, including New Zealand, Australia, and USA.
• Execution of influencer partnerships and seeding campaigns, including shipment management, relationship management, and content approvals.
• Manage our NZ stock room and support with orders, samples and stock reports.
• Conduct competitor and customer research to provide insights that can be used for planning and strategy development.
• Support with the reporting of marketing activity and press tracking to assist in team decision making and both internal and external updates.
• Award identification and management of applications globally.
• Ad-hoc and admin support for the marketing team.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• In your penultimate or final year of tertiary study (any discipline welcome) and are willing to work part-time in Auckland.
• Demonstrate strong work ethic and have a proven track record of going above and beyond in all that they do – whether it’s participating in extracurricular clubs, balancing work and study, or becoming an expert in something just for fun!
• Are curious and willing to get stuck into anything and everything with a continuous improvement mindset and a perspective that challenges that status quo.
