• Monitor online conversations and participate in discussions to foster a positive community environment, provide support, and gather insights to improve our offerings.
• Collaborate with our marketing and content teams to align community initiatives with overall brand goals and campaigns.
• Organize and promote online events or webinars that bring value to our community and enhance engagement.
• Track and report on community engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations for growth and improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft messages that engage and inspire.
• A creative thinker with a knack for digital trends and technologies.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
