Custom Lashes is recognized as the leading DIY eyelash extension brand in Australia, dedicating itself to enhancing the beauty routine of women. As we set our sights on global expansion, we're in search of a talented Ads Specialist to play a crucial role in our journey.
The Role
This Ads Specialist position is designed for a dynamic individual with a profound understanding of digital advertising across the major platforms of Meta, TikTok, and Google. This role is pivotal for someone who thrives in crafting and executing advertising strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive conversion.
Note - The hours for this role are flexible and will start low and build up over time dependent on the perfomance of the chosen candidate. The candidate can reside anywhere globally and is not required to work set times apart from meetings with the team who are based in United Arab Emirates time zone.
Key Qualifications and Expectations
Cross-Platform Proficiency: The ideal candidate must be skilled in navigating and leveraging the advertising tools and analytics of Meta, TikTok, and Google. The ability to create cohesive campaigns that perform across these platforms is essential.
Deep Knowledge Over Experience: While we value experience, we prioritise a candidate's current knowledge and understanding of advertising for ecommerce companies. The right candidate should exhibit a highly comprehensive grasp of advertising principles and be up to date with the current algorithm adjustments on all platforms.
Collaborative Work Ethic: The selected candidate will work closely with our team, contributing to the development and optimisation of advertising strategies. This collaboration is key to achieving the desired outcomes and growth.
Growth Opportunity: Initially, the role will offer lower weekly hours, which are set to increase based on performance. This is a unique opportunity for growth within the company, where dedication and results can lead to more work, higher pay, and a significant role in our global expansion efforts.
Beauty Industry Insight (Bonus): Experience with ad campaigns in the beauty industry is an advantage but not mandatory. A broad understanding of advertising tactics is what matters most.
