OtoCo is an on-chain legal entity formation protocol, enabling users to form, fund, and manage legal entities directly from their wallet. We let users instantly spin up a new LLC or a Swiss Association from the comfort of their wallet, tokenize its ownership, and provide plug-ins from a dAppstore to meet users' governance and company management needs.

Our users are freelancers/contractors in the crypto space, DAOs, projects, blockchain entrepreneurs, funds and soon anybody around the world who needs an entity wrapper for their business.

In short, We turn analog business logic into smart contracts, enabling users to effortlessly create and manage digital companies DeFi-style.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end design process, with a significant emphasis on UX and consumer-facing dashboards.
• Create detailed mockups, mastering the intricacies of User Flow and User Journey.
• Design intuitive and seamless user interfaces for dashboards, ensuring a premium experience for our users.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and other teams to craft top-tier experiences for our users.
• Contribute significantly to our design system and brand identity.
• Ensure all products we ship align with our design and branding standards.
• Conduct user research and leverage data to develop strategic product solutions that delight our customers.
• Produce design assets for marketing materials, including social media branding and merchandise.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of UX/UI design experience, focusing on customer-facing dashboards
• Proficient in Figma, with a keen eye for detail in mockups and user flow
• Experience in creating visually appealing marketing materials and branding assets
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in UX/UI design, especially with customer-facing dashboards
• Open-minded and accountable individual who values collaboration
• Excellent communication and organization skills
