What You Bring To The Role
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of software development experience, with a strong background in Ruby on Rails or Elixir.
- Proven experience with the development, scaling, and maintenance of distributed systems.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, architectural design, and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to work independently on complex issues.
- Effective communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience leading projects and mentoring junior engineers.
- Familiarity with AWS
- Familiarity working with ML teams
- Experience with e-commerce pricing
- Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio.
