Ambitious Labs is a virtual no-code app building academy serving over 1000+ students across 22 countries worldwide. We teach non-technical startup founders how to build apps without writing code. In the age of AI and No-Code, we are breaking down barriers to launching apps

We are 1 of 16 recognized FlutterFlow Ambassadors because of all the free content we've put out there for people to learn from. Our founders are actively doing free workshops across the no-code community for entrepreneurs, high schools and colleges. Oh, and you can't forget our bustling YouTube channel with 11k + subscribers.

Our team of 16 is distributed worldwide. We are fully remote, we are high performing, we thrive with little structure and guidance, and we obsess over one thing — helping our students launch apps!

Dreams Into Apps is our flagship course that we are now lookint to take to the next level by developing our own custom learning platform that combines an LMS with SaaS tools that help our students learn and launch apps faster.

We are hiring a Senior Product Designer! Here’s what to expect:

As a Senior Product Designer focusing on re-imagining our LabDash (Our Very Own Custom-Built No-Code Learning Management Platform), you will be instrumental in evolving our UX framework and design approach, specifically tailored to enhance the engagement and journey of our students (Non-Technical Entrepreneurs) who are enrolled with Ambitious Labs to build out their dream app ideas.

You will…

• Lead the design of our custom learning platform. You will work closely with members of a high-performing operations department to build a product that streamlines their current business processes.
• Use Figma to wireframe, design and prototype concepts for a cutting edge no-code software that combines elements from the best project management, ai tools, and learning management systems.
• Implement product-led mechanisms to increase the engagement of our learning community who are currently wildly active on Discord.
• Interview stakeholders both internally and externally (sales, operations, and our customers) to shape the direction of our learning platform

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience, or a portfolio that can trick us into believing so (a link to a portfolio or relevant work is required)
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Frontend experience with HTML/CSS and an understanding of how to design for the web
• In-depth understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience creating consistent and accessible UI designs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with reducing complex concepts into approachable workflows

Bonuses

• Familiarity with designing experiences for B2C ed-tech products or experience as a Learning Interaction Designer
• Experience in education, course creation, or similar
