About this job:
We’re looking for a product designer to help us shape our product identity. You will be working directly with the founder of the company to help revamp our product experience for our mobile and website-facing applications. As well as take lead in implementing these designs toward the engineering team. In addition, we’re looking for someone to work alongside the marketing team to help create our brand identity. This includes creating ad creatives (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and etc), banners, stickers, signage and etc.

How do you know you’re a good fit? We’re a team of three looking to grow to a team of five during Q1 2023. Having the ability to work independently is a key driving force. We believe in leadership and allowing autonomy, so you will have the opportunity to lead your own decisions. We believe in creativity based on data. Another key indicator is seeing your designs have a direct and positive impact on OKRs (objectives and key results) and KPIs (key performance indicators) we set both on the product and advertising end. For example, reducing the number of steps a user takes to achieve a single action, redesigning pages to be more intuitive, and condensing the number of pages our applications have. More broadly such as driving engagement, retention, repeat purchase rate and etc. Being scrappy, data-driven, driving results, keeping curiosity alive, and adding to the internal conversations by posing good questions, we believe you’ll be a shoo-in to CannaGo’s culture!

What You’ll Do:
Revamp our mobile and website-facing application - Adobe XD environment
Lead implementation of new designs alongside the engineering team
Working alongside the marketing team to design various creatives and branding

Compensation:
1099 Contractor $18 - $25/hr part-time or full-time
