Life as an E-commerce Executive
We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to support our E-commerce Delivery Manager and the wider TED team (Trade, E-comm, Data), working cross-functionally to assist with new product launches, website merchandising, A/B testing, trading, pricing strategy and ad-hoc projects in order to provide an outstanding user experience on wonderbly.com.
Key responsibilities are as follows:
New product launches
Creating new product SKU: format, locale, pricing, add-ons, taxonomy for search and website categories
Maintaining product SKU catalogue
Defining website and search attribution
Keeping the website mapping up-to-date on Content Square
Merchandising
Executing merchandising onsite & providing recommendations: Ensure the website is kept up to date with seasonal products, new in products, regularly updated category pages.
Briefing website campaign deliverables.
Managing weekly merchandising updates on key parts of the website.
Reviewing upcoming website campaigns.
Setting up new promo codes
Supporting the last order dates comms across website
Pricing
Implementing new pricing in all markets, and carry out all relevant comms and documentation
Completing price checks onsite to ensure consistency and accuracy post price changes
User experience
- Assisting with A/B testing roadmap on multiple projects (setting up variants in our CMS and Optimizely & supporting with test analysis)
A little bit about you
You’ll need some or hopefully all of the following skills:
An interest in e-commerce
A keen eye for detail
Comfortable with using multiple technology platforms on a daily basis
Collaborative, passionate and hands-on team player
Excellent communication skills
Effective time management and organisational skills
