Graphic Designer/Developer

Overview: Digioh, a leading SaaS platform for eCommerce brands, is hiring for an experienced Graphic Designer and Developer. In this exciting role - you'll be tasked with designing and building client-branded onsite experiences within our platform, including product recommendation quizzes, email capture popups, landing pages, and more.

Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, with the ability to create visually appealing and cohesive experiences for client websites with limited direction. You have expertise in HTML & CSS, with the ability to create or troubleshoot issues on webpages. You’re organized and have the ability to manage internal and external relationships, including experience working with multiple clients at a time. You have excellent attention to detail, with a focus on working quickly and efficiently to ensure the success of our clients and our business. Responsibilities:

• Design/build high quality onsite campaigns ranging from: email/SMS capture popups, banners, multi-step pop-ups, interactive quizzes & guided selling experiences.
• Replicate client-provided Figma/Adobe XD designs in our platform with a strong attention detail & keen ear to feedback from the client
• Analize client websites and style guidelines to ensure your creatives align with client's brand and goals
• Use HTML & CSS to customize or troubleshoot items depending on client needs.
• Create preference centers and landing pages in our platform, including coding full HTML/CSS headers and footers
• Build email templates within email service providers, such as Klaviyo, Iterable, etc.
• Join client calls to discuss intial designs or feedback
• Work on multiple projects at time, managing quick turnaround times and collaborating with team members across departments via Slack, Asana, Zoom, etc.
• Create and edit webpages within Shopify
• Thoroughly QA work prior to submission

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design for websites
• Strong eye for design, with the ability to use only client brand guidelines and websites to create a cohesive experience.
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS, with the ability to diagnose issues and/or find creative solutions to designs with it
• Experience building email templates in email service providers with "Drag and Drop" editors
• Basic understanding of UI/UX and responsive website best practices
• Great communications skills, with experience working directly with clients
• Highly organized with the ability to work on multiple clients and tasks at the same time.
• Positive and upbeat attitude with the ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Experience working with and designing for eCommerce clients
• Knowledge of Shopify to create and edit webpages
