Programs Coordinator

Position Overview :

The Programs Coordinator will occupy a key position at [Company], serving as the central figure internally and externally for the formulation and implementation of collaborative or consortium programs. This essential role demands someone capable of effectively representing [Company] in program meetings, overseeing the progress of [Company]'s project tasks, mobilizing internal resources, and proactively identifying new program opportunities that are in line with [Company]'s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Program Management: Act as the primary contact for all matters related to the definition and execution of collaborative or consortium programs, both within the company and externally.
• Representation: Serve as [Company]'s delegate in all program-related meetings, ensuring [Company]'s interests are well represented and communicated. Facilitate the flow of program actions required for execution to the appropriate teams within [Company].
• Monitoring and Execution: Maintain oversight of the program execution schedule, guaranteeing that [Company]'s responsibilities are fulfilled efficiently, on time, and are accurately reported.
• Reporting: Oversee the reporting on the allocation of resources in the context of collaborative projects. Provide essential data to ensure the optimal utilization of [Company]'s assets according to the program budget and spearhead the reporting to financiers at key milestones.
• New Programs: Coordinate and craft compelling, comprehensive proposals in response to tenders. Undertake the proactive identification and assessment of new tender opportunities that align with [Company]'s interests. Develop strategies for participation and facilitate the formation of consortiums

Requirements :

Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

Experience: Significant experience in tech project management (3 to 5 years of experience), with a particular focus on managing collaborative programs or consortiums. Prior experience with European and French collaborative programs is highly advantageous

Skills:
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Understanding of the digital and Cloud ecosystems.
Superior communication and interpersonal abilities, fluent in both English and French.
Proficiency in monitoring project schedules, resource allocation, and reporting.
Expertise in drafting and coordinating project proposals and responses.

Personal Qualities: A proactive, detail-focused individual who can work independently as well as part of a team. Must be adaptable, capable of juggling multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Curious, willing to learn and thinking outside the box.

Type: Permanent
Salary: between 45k and 60k (depending of experience)
