About the Role
As a Channel Partnerships Intern, you will be involved in helping the team in identifying, developing, and managing partnerships that can help drive Aspire's growth. The intern will work closely with the Channel Partnerships team to research potential partners, assist with outreach and onboarding, and analyze partner performance.
- Support the onboarding process for new partners, including setting up accounts, providing training and resources, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Assist with the creation and implementation of partner engagement and retention programs, such as webinars, newsletters, and events.
- Analyze trends and data of existing partners to identify opportunities in growing Aspire’s partnerships, revenue and active accounts.
- Develop content and guides that could scale support partners in onboarding.
Minimum Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, banking, marketing, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
- Structured, critical, and analytical thinking
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent activities and projects
- Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Self-driven to “get things done”
- Internship Commitment: Available for a full-time internship for at least 3 months, starting in May 2024.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience using CRM tools
- Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking partners/clients and to create help guides in Mandarin
